Great location and sea view

The apartment gets cleaned everyday. You get free drinks from the bar as welcome gift. We love the location of the apartment given to us — it has a great view of the sea.

The temperature control of the room. We put it on 15 degrees to cool the room and still warm air comes out. But opening the balcony door and window helped to cool the apartment.

So many screaming children. This is definitely a family hotel and not for solo travelers or those seeking tranquility.

The location was very good.

Its fair that you have to pay deposit for the towels, but why cant you just pay it with your card. The ATMs outside charge you enormous money these days were everything is cashless.

Great location, ok food, but too loud in some rooms and not that clean as expected for 4 star hotel

Liked the location and the sea close by, good food and plenty to choose from, ok drinks

The room we were given was located directly across to their stage that has activities onwards from 20:30 in the night and with a small baby this is not great at all as it is extremely loud and feels like concerts are in your room. Room service was not cleaning the rooms too well as floors were always having some dirt or sand or hair after the service.

My family liked everything. Food was amazing, variety of choice, nice area to sit outside. We had private pool, it worth to pay extra. Staff are so nice, they do their job, even with fussy clients. Will come back one day definitely, even I prefer to change places.

In our experience was nothing bad, but we heard about soft mattresses :)

I've been there before. I knew what to expect. The ground floor apartement with pool infront of it was great. Breakfast is very good and well worth it.

Ventillator in shower did not work. Cabinets may need some update.

The hotel is right in front of a beautiful beach, ideal for families with children. Big room with a small kitchen was a plus. Staff is polite and helped us arrange a great transfer from and to the airport.

Facilities are slightly outdated and cleanness could be improved, but nothing too bad, would stay again.

Amazing holidays near Playa de Muro

Amazing location, near all restaurants, Playa de Muro is beautiful, right in the back of property. Was very handy to have kitchen facilities in the room and a very family-friendly property. Breakfast had a lot of options, so we could eat different things everyday.

Maintenance on shower could be improved, water was everywhere besides down. Sofa bed is doable for kids, but very hard for adults.

Great selection of food at breakfast, which was part of our Aparthotel deal. Pleasant apartment with a sea view

Sea view rooms = overlooking the pool and the entertainment area. Luckily entertainment stopped at 10:30

Lovely holiday

Excellent staff, we gave the all inclusive a go for 3 days and it was very nice so we had any3 days.

In our apartment Sofa’s were single beds and not very comfortable to sit on.

Beautiful beach in front of the hotel. The breakfast and the dinner was okay.

The quality of the hotel is not so good for the price. The bathroom needs renovation, the furniture in the room was a bit shabby.

A lovely holiday in a fabulous location

This is hotel is the best located hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s literally on the beach, you’ll be able to get to the sea from your room in under a minute. It’s not a very big hotel and it certainly never felt crowded or too busy anywhere, which we really appreciated, as overall everything felt quite relaxed and friendly. Our group had the sea view apartment as well as a swim up room, both good size and clean with comfortable beds, large balcony/terrace. The sea view was beautiful, especially for watching the sunrise. The swim up apartment gives you private sun beds and a more quiet pool. We tried both dinner and breakfast and the food was really tasty; the hotel beach bar offered some snacks, ice cream, nice coffees, drinks and a great view of the beach. Everything was at a reasonable price. You also have several grocery stores right outside the hotel, as well as the bus stop, restaurants etc. Beach/pool towels were provided at reception. The staff were extremely friendly, they made us feel very welcome; thank you to Mohammed and Mimoun! Honestly, a really good value for money, we had a lovely holiday!

The rooms do need updating and look a bit tired in places, the pools have tiles chipping off, some parts need a fresh coat of paint. The sea view apartment had small ants in the kitchen. I really don’t understand why the hotel cannot equip the kitchens slightly better, perhaps offer an extra package for self catering guests. I would overall still highly recommend this hotel.
